COVID-19 Delays

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, Australia Post is experiencing longer than usual shipping times in some areas. You will be notified via email on the progress of your order. We appreciate your patience during this time. As couriers continue to adapt their delivery procedures for your safety, deliveries have been defaulted to Authority to Leave and will not be requesting signature on delivery.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international destinations at this time.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order for Standard delivery and a flat rate of $14.95 per order for Express delivery. All orders will receive tracking information. No signature is required on delivery. 

Estimated shipping times

Standard delivery

2-5 business days after dispatch to metropolitan areas. Please allow an extra 1-2 days to regional areas.

Express delivery*

1-2 business days after dispatch to metropolitan areas. Please allow an extra 1-2 days to regional areas.

*Next business day delivery applicable to addresses within the Express Post Delivery Network (most major metropolitan areas in each state). If your address is outside this network, Australia Post will provide the fastest transport link. Please check the Australia Post website for more information. 

Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please ensure your order details are correct before placing an order as we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If an order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. Please ensure your address is correct by checking the order confirmation email and contact us immediately if an error has occurred.

Exchanges and Returns

If you have received an item that is incorrect, faulty or damaged, please email store@kurilpareach.com as soon as possible to organise a Return Authorisation before sending back the item. 

We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind.
